Renovation: from cellar to roof,
inside and out

You can call in Bouwbedrijf Middelkoop if you want to have renovation work done. A new kitchen or bathroom, a dormer window, or an extension to the house. Does your house need thorough modernisation? Or your office or shop? Perhaps you would like a shed or a garage. Everything is possible! In the event of a complete renovation of your home, we will even provide substitute accommodation if necessary.

We are happy to take on every job. The list is almost endless: new doors, skylights, lighting, a new security system for the house or shed. A new staircase – in wood, steel or other material – in all sorts of colours, shapes and sizes. Whatever your plans, we can supply and build it.

You can even hire us to construct a new building. We use an architect to provide the drawings and building permit. All you have to do is authorise the drawings and let us get on with it.
Golden screws?

At Bouwbedrijf Middelkoop, all materials are available within a broad price range. Should we use ordinary screws or would you rather have golden ones? No problem! Custom work is one of our primary focuses. And if your love of the environment dictates that we use as many environmentally friendly materials as possible, then we’ll do that too.

And talking of gardens, we can also take care of the construction of a pond or a unique water feature, including lighting. Our collaboration with a horticulturist will see to it that your garden stirs the imagination when completed – a garden to turn the neighbours green with envy.
